ARTISTIC PLANNING

Perhaps Freck’s greatest professional joy and most profoundly satisfying work centers on the majestic alchemy by which administrators and artistic directors concoct a balanced, meaningful, and compelling season of performances. He believes that there is no one right way to do it, perhaps many wrong ways, but when it works it really, really works.

“A season should be more than isolated concert experiences, each an island unto itself, but rather at the very least an archipelago of related content that inspires, challenges, soothes, entertains, and enlightens our audiences,” says Freck.

Freck has maintained good relationships with many conductors, vocal and instrumental soloists, chamber ensembles, artist managers, producers, and creatives of all sorts, and has a wellspring of ideas for how to connect people with ideas and each other that he’d love to share with your organization.
